We are an independently owned GYM. We do not have sign up fees or hidden costs. We offer a place for you to lift and exercise any time day or night. Starting February 11th, 2019 we will be offering No-Gi Jiu Jitsu on Mondays from 7:30 to 8:30 and Fridays from 6:00 to 7:00. Boxing/Kickboxing will start February 20th from 6:30 to 7:30 and will go every Wednesday. Check the calander for days and times.

We are a Boutique Gym and Fitness Center in Asheville where our members have access 24/7 with the use of a personalized remote door key fob. The facility is video monitored around the clock for your protection and is connected to CPI for safety and security. We have Emergency Alert Pendants that with a touch of a button will notify an emergency response team to ensure your well being. Lift on your own with free weights that includes Olympic plates and Bumper plates, Dumbbells up to 100lbs, selectorized pull down/low row and leg extension/curl. Have some fun and camaraderie with your friends through our Group Fitness Classes. We offer a MMA conditioning class that uses interval training with proven work/rest ratios to ensure you get the work in without sacrificing form. Our strength classes provide you with the confidence to push past your personal best. We offer both an Upper Body and a Lower Body Session. Cardio Boxing is the time to let off steam. We work on basic punches and combinations along with some foot work to give you a fun way to get that cardio session in. All of our classes start with a proper warm up and finish with a cool down and a core routine to tighten up those Abs.
Hi I'm John Jastrzebski and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, YES(Youth Exercise Specialist), and MMACS(Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist) through NASM(National Academy of Sports Medicine), along with a Level 1&2 Coaching Certification through the Training For Warriors program. While living in Albuquerque New Mexico, I had the opportunity to learn under the best instructors in the MMA community. My knowledge in MMA conditioning and training allows for you to train in a unique way without all the bumps and bruises one normally gets. I have been living in Asheville for the past 4 years and now finally have a facility to share my love and knowledge of Strength and Conditioning. I also coach youth sports here in Asheville and offer my services to all student athletes that would like to take their game to the next level!

Get the one on one attention you deserve. Personal training sessions run about an hour. This is where you can work on exactly what you want. We can also do small group personal training. Share the cost and work out with up to 4 friends.
Buy Personal Training in bundles. Packages can be purchased in 5, 10 session and so on and save per session. Buying in bulk also allows you access 24/7 to the gym.
